高职大学生心理韧性与社会支持的调查研究——以江苏省五所高校学生为例

Studies on higher vocational college students' psychological resilience and social support:The case of five higher vocational students in Jiangsu province

本研究在大学生中围绕心理韧性与社会支持开展调查分析,结果显示:高职大学生心理韧性总体情况高于普通大学生,但差异不显著;高职大学生社会支持总体水平显著高于普通大学生,且客观支持、主观支持和对支持的利用度得分,高职大学生也显著高于普通大学生。调查结果显示社会支持与心理韧性有显著的正相关,社会支持对心理韧性有预测效果,良好的社会支持能够培养出较强的心理韧性。

The paper centers on the research on psychological resilience and social support.The result shows that vocational college students＇ resilience is better than that of college students,despite that the difference is unremarkable.However,the social support of vocational college students is remarkably better than that of college students.As for the scores of vocational college students on the aspects of objective support,subjective support and the extent of using the support are much higher than that of college students.This research shows a positive correlation between social support and psychological resilience,and social support has a predictive effect on the psychological resilience.Good social support can produce a strong psychological resilience.
