摘要
高职教育仅要适应经济社会发展的需要,而且还要满足个体成长的需要,积极关注人才可持续发展的"成长路线图"。本文通过自编《高职院校大学生可持续发展能力调查问卷》,对高职生可持续发展能力进行实证调查,客观分析了高职生可持续发展能力的现状及存在的主要问题,为学生可持续发展能力培养提供了现实的可靠依据。
The vocational education is not only required to meet the needs of economic and social development,but also the needs of individual growth.Meanwhile,it should pay close attention to the ＂growth roadmap＂ of sustainable development of talents.Based on the ＂ Vocational College Students Sustainable Development Questionnaire＂,this article investigates and analyzes the current situation and main problems of the sustainable development capacity of vocational students,and provides a realistic and reliable basis for its training.
