关于高校新生入学教育内容和形式设计的思考

Thinking on the content and form of college freshmen education

高校新生入学教育是高校思想政治工作的重要内容,设计好新生入学教育的内容和形式,采用多种方式,结合新生特点,做好新生入学教育工作,对于高校育人目标的实现具有重要的意义。本文采用"结果倒推法",以"大学里应该成为什么样的人"为出发点,以"如何成为这样的人"为着眼点,以"找到大学目标"为落脚点,用实际效果衡量目标和行动,帮助新生尽快地实现角色转变、适应大学环境、建立和谐的人际关系,为度过充实而有意义的大学生活取得良好的开端。

Entrance education for freshmen is an important part of ideological and political work in colleges.Designing good content and forms of freshmen entrance education by using a variety of methods and doing the enrollment education according to the freshman＇s characters have great significance for achieving the goal of education.This paper adopts＂the push-down method＂,treats＂what kind of person we should be in college＂as the starting point and focuses on＂how to become such a person＂,takes＂finding the goal of college＂as the ending point,uses the actual results to measure the target and action.A lot of efforts have been made to help freshmen adapt to the new environment,achieve the transformation of the role in college,establish harmonious interpersonal relationships and make a good start for a full and meaningful college life.
