高校的资助工作是新形势下学生思想政治教育的有效途径,高校要通过运用先进的理论和技术手段,融入社会主义核心价值观教育,构建全方位、多角度、深层次的资助工作体系,通过转变思路和工作模式,实现学生资助工作的科学化、创新化、规范化。高校要以"四个坚持"的方法开展资助工作,以"四个结合"的方法确保资助工作落到实处,使学生资助工作迈上一个新台阶。

The financial assistance work is an effective way,under the new situation,to strengthen the ideological and political education among students.Colleges and universities should combine new theories and means of technologies with the education on the core values of socialism to establish a comprehensive,multi-dimensional and deep financial assistance system.This may help to realize scientization,creativeness and normalization in financial assistance work through changing ways of thinking and work patterns.In addition,colleges and universities should carry out the work using the method of＂four upholding＂,and guarantee the implementation of the work using the method of＂four combinations＂in order to push the student financial assistance work to a new level.
