血脂康与脂必妥治疗高脂血症的疗效比较

Effects of Xuezhikang vs Zhibituo in treating hyperlipidemia

目的观察、比较血脂康与脂必妥对高脂血症的疗效。方法76例高脂血症分为2组,血脂康组36例(男17例,女19例;年龄:58±9岁),采用血脂康丸2粒,po,bid×8wk。脂必妥组40例(男19例,女21例;年龄:55±8岁),采用脂必妥1.05g,po,bid×8wk。结果2组治疗后TC,TG,LDL-C及AI〔(TC-LDL-C)/HDL-C〕参数值下降,血脂康组依次下降23.2%,40.1%,30%及22.5%;脂必妥组依次下降20.1%、37.8%、28%及19.8%。2组治疗前后t检验,差别均有非常显著意义(p<0.01),但组间差别无显著意义(p>0.05),2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论血脂康与脂必妥调脂效果相近,均为安全、效佳、价廉的降脂药物。

Objective:To estimate the efficacy of Xuezhikang vs Zhibituo in treating hyperlipi demia.Methods:76patients with hyperlipidemia were divi ded into tw o groups.Xuezhikang group 36patien ts(M17.F19:58a ±9a )were given Xuezhikang two pills,Po,bid ×8wk;40patients of Zhibituo grou p,(m19,F21:55a ±8a)were given Zhibituo 1.05a,PO,tid ×8wk.R esults:The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and AI 〔(TC -LDL-C)/HDL-C〕decreased with 23.2%,40.1%,30%and22.5%in Xuezhikang group,with20. 1%,37.8%,28%and 19.8%in Zhibituo group.There were very signifi can t difference in these two groups befo re and after treatment (P<0.01) ,but not between them.Conclusion:These two drups both were safe and eff ectiv e in hyperlipidemia and Xuezhikang is cheaper.
