摘要
"教师准入职教育"是准教师从被聘用到正式入职期间在被聘中小学所开展的教育、教学实践以及接受的帮助和训练,它对中小学校和准教师都有价值。但同时,它也影响了职前教师教育"反思性实践者"培养目标的实现。故而,对教师准入职教育必须从多方面加以改造:将其目的改造为"适应+批判",将其主体改造为"中小学+大学",将其课程改造为"实践课程+理论课程",将其评价改造为多元化评价,将其组织方式逐渐制度化。
Pre-service teacher education indicates that pre-service teachers receive education,help and training before they become the formal staff of the schools having employed them,which is valuable for schools and pre-service teachers.Yet it has some negative influence on realizing the goal of cultivating reflective practitioners.Therefore,there is a need to reform such education:its goal should be converted into adaptation plus criticism;its subjects should be transformed into schools and colleges;its curriculum should be changed into practice and theory courses;its assessment into multidimensional ones;and its organization into gradual institutionalization.
