摘要 教师发展带有显著的主体性特征,只有当自主发展成为一种内在的需求,教师才能脱去"被发展"的外衣,冲破"高原期"的樊篱,实现自我的生命价值。文化涵育是教师专业自觉成长的一条绿色通道。连云港市东港小学以立"港"远"航"主旨文化明晰教师的专业理念,以"港湾"特色环境文化固化教师的专业态度,以"航者"精神内隐文化支撑教师的专业追求,以一"体"两"翼"课程文化提升教师的专业技能,以此实现教师从"优秀"走向"卓越"的专业发展可能。 Teacher development is significantly characterized with subjectivity,and only when teachers have their own internal demands can they take off their clothing of "compelled development" and overcome the obstacle of "plateau" to achieve their life values.As is known to us all,cultural connotation is a green passage for teachers' autonomous growth.Liangyungang Donggang Primary School takes advantage of harbor and navigating as its keynote culture to clarify teachers' professional ideas,harbor unique culture to solidify teachers' professional attitudes,navigators' spirit to support their professional pursuit,and one-subjectivity-and-two-wing curriculum culture to promote their professional skills.
