摘要
通过模拟调节储存稻谷的水分、温度等储存条件,测定不同储存时间后稻谷的酸值变化情况,并通过灰色关联系数法探讨不同贮藏条件对稻谷蒸煮品质的影响,以期为稻谷储存、加工及生产提供参考。
Simulated to adjust moisture, temperature of the stored rice and determinated the acid value of rice after different storage time, and through the grey correlation coefficient method to explore the influence of different storage conditions on rice cooking quality, so as to provide reference for rice storage, processing and production.
