摘要
提出无功优化时需要考虑系统的小干扰稳定约束,避免无功优化改变电力系统运行参数后,系统的小干扰稳定性变差。文中利用系统机电振荡模式的特征值信息构造小干扰稳定数学模型,无功优化目标函数由系统有功网损指标和系统小干扰稳定指标组成,调整目标函数中的相关控制参数可以在降低系统网损的同时增强系统小干扰稳定性,求解优化问题时使用改进粒子群算法。算例分析表明,文中所述优化算法能有效解决无功优化问题,所述无功优化方法能保证电力系统的安全、经济、稳定运行。
Small signal stability constraints should be considered in reactive power optimization in case system small signal stability deteriorates when power system operating parameters is altered due to the optimization. In this paper, a math model of small signal stability was constructed according to the eigenvalues of electromechanical oscillations mode. The objective function of reactive power optimization consists of system active power loss in the network and small signal stability index, with the former reduced and the latter enhanced by modifying related controls parameter of the function.Further more, improved particle swarm optimization(PSO) was taken advantage of when optimizing the operative power. The example revealed that based on the optimization algorithm proposed in the paper,the goal of reactive power optimization can be efficiently reached and the power system can be operated on a safe, economic and stable manner.
