摘要
电压波动与闪变是电能质量的一个重要指标,准确地对其进行测量具有重要的意义。本文对目前国际上通用的测量闪变的方法--IEC闪变测量方法进行了深入的理论分析,给出了闪变测量各环节的传递函数,搭建了IEC闪变仪的MATLAB仿真模型,通过仿真分析验证了各环节传递函数的正确性,为进一步研制符合IEC标准的闪变仪提供了很好的参考模型,具有一定的实用价值。
Voltage fluctuation and flicker is an important indicator of power quality, and accurate measurement of it is important. In this paper, the current internationally accepted method of measuring flicker-IEC flicker measurement method is theoretically analyzed in depth. The transfer functions of various sectors of flicker measurement are given. The MATLAB simulation model of IEC flicker meter is built. Simulation analysis verifies the correctness of the transfer function of various sectors. This paper provides a good reference model for developing the flicker meter consistent with IEC standards, and it has some practical value.
