摘要 电站锅炉建设中,施工周期比较长,尤其在冷灰斗水冷壁区域安装中需花费大梁的施工工期,本论文分析了以往工程冷灰斗区域水冷壁的安装方法,同时结合本工程现场实际及锅炉受热面刚性梁的特点,制定出一套新型施工方法,将冷灰斗区域水冷壁组件悬挂在刚性梁上组合,最后合拢就位的方法,可以使锅炉炉膛区域上下同时施工,多点开花,大大节省了施工工期。 Boiler of power plant construction, long construction period, especially in the construction of cold ash bucket water-cooling wall area installation takes girder, this paper analyzes the previous engineering cold ash hopper installation method of regional water wall, combined with the practical project and boiler heating surface of a rigid beam, developed a new construction method cold ash hopper, regional water wall hanging in the rigid beam combination of components, finally closing in, can make the construction of boiler furnace area and at the same time, blossom more, save construction period.
