摘要
随着火力发电机机组装机容量的逐步增加,氮氧化物排放对环境保护的压力逐渐加大,执行"火电厂大气污染物排放标准GB13223-2011",运营电厂进行脱硝(SCR)改造,脱硝配套氨区工程同期进行,通过对600MW机组SCR改造,逐步提高对液氨管理和使用的认识。当前,不同行业因氨泄漏、爆炸等事件多有报道,这里针对氨区建设和运营中一些腐蚀、泄漏、堵塞等安全问题进行探讨。
With the development of the thermal generator unit capacity gradually increased, nitrogen oxide emissions to the environment protection pressure gradually increase, the implementation of the "standard GB13223-2011" thermal power plant air pollutant, operating power plants denitrification(SCR) transformation, removal of ammonia nitrate supporting concurrent engineering area, through to the 600 MW unit SCR transformation, gradually raise the awareness of and the use of liquid ammonia management. At present, different industry due to leakage of ammonia, explosions and other incidents have been reported here for the construction and operation of ammonia, in some corrosion, leakage,plugging security issues.
