摘要
滚动转子式压缩机具有较好的抗湿压缩性能,利用少量吸气带液可有效降低压缩机排气温度,且不造成额外的系统成本.对滚动转子式压缩机少量吸气带液时,排气温度、排气比焓的变化趋势进行了实验研究,并对压缩机功耗、吸气比焓和机壳散热量等三个排气比焓的影响因子进行了分析.结果表明:少量吸气带液能有效降低排气温度,且压缩机运行性能良好;当吸气干度x为0.9<x<1.0时,三个影响因子均趋向定值,且机壳散热所占比例很小(低于1%).
The rolling piston compressor has better performance under wet compression. A little liquid entrainment into the intake gas leads to efficient decrease of the discharge temperature without any additional cost. The experiments were carried out to investigate the variation of the discharge temperature and discharge enthalpy when the rolling piston compressor ran with a little liquid entrainment. And three impact factors of the discharge enthalpy were also analyzed, which included the power of compressor, specific enthalpy of the refrigerant at the compressor inlet and shell heat loss. The results show that the liquid entrainment can reduce the discharge temperature efficiently and the compressor run well. The three factors are close to constant values with the suction dryness of 0.9〈x〈l. 0, and the shell heat loss is small, which is below 1%.
