摘要
为了掌握采用富油-淬熄-贫油低排放燃烧技术的驻涡燃烧室(RQL-TVC)在起飞-着陆(LTO)循环各状态中的排放特性,采用数值模拟的方法开展了研究。数值模拟结果表明:在LTO循环中,RQL驻涡燃烧室的氮氧化物(NOx)与未燃碳氢化合物(UHC)的排放指数EI均低于传统燃烧室的;但一氧化碳(CO)的EI偏大。RQL-TVC的NOx的LTO排放数少,是国际民航组织颁布的航空发动机排放标准CAEP6的29.1%;UHC的LTO排放数接近于0;CO的LTO排放数在慢车状态下的数值明显高于其它状态下的。RQL-TVC具有良好的低排放潜力。
In order to understand the emission performance of Trapped Vortex Combustor using Rich-burn Quick-quench Lean- burn low emission combustion technology RQL-TVC in the LTO cycle (LTO), a numerical method was carried out. The numerical results show that Emission Index (El) of NOx and UHC in RQL-TVC are both lower than that in the traditional combustor in the cycle, but EI of CO is higher. E1 of NOx in RQL-TVC at LTO is 29.1% of CAEP6. E1 of UHC at LTO closes to 0; E1 of CO is the highest in the idle condition at LTO. RQL-TVC at LTO has the potential in low emission performance.
