By means of terminal devices, meter, electricity stealing proof mode, main station software and GPRS communication methods in the monitor system in distribution network, the data feature of power consumption anomaly and electricity stealing could be automatically analyzed and identified. Once the monitor measurement was abnormal, the warning was given by main station.
