学科组织学术创业力与组织绩效关系研究

Relationship on Academic Entrepreneurial Capacity of Discipline Organization and Performance

学科组织的学术创业力是指学科注重学术和创业的平衡,融合一系列内部和外部要素,从而促进传统的大学学科组织向知识创业型组织转型,最终使学科组织绩效提升的一种组织能力。通过对246份调查问卷、29个测量指标进行探索性因子分析得出,学科组织的学术创业力包括学术支撑能力、资源整合能力、管理支持能力和机会探索能力。通过多元回归分析得出,在考虑控制变量的前提下,学科组织要提升绩效,资源整合能力最关键,其次依次是学术支撑能力、机会探索能力和管理支持能力。

Academic entrepreneurial capacity of discipline organization pays attention to the balance between academy and entrepreneurship, which is a series of internal and external factors, thereby promotes discipline organizational transformation of traditional university to a knowledge entrepreneurial organization. Through the explortory factor analysis on 246 samples and 29 measurement indexs, we get academic entrepreneurial capacity of discipline organization with four dimensions, that is, capability of academic support, capability of integrating resources, capability of management support and capability of exploring the opportunity. Through multiple regression, it is found that to enhance discipline performance, capability of integrating resources is the key, then followed by academic support capability, the capabilities of exploring opportunity and management support.
