摘要
推进评估制度建设是中外合作办学发展进入质量提升新阶段的现实选择。中外合作办学应立足现实,把握自身的特点,建立适应自身发展的基本评估制度,切实提升中外合作办学评估质量,并不断完善中外合作办学质量保障体系,从而提高中外合作办学水平,真正达到中外合作办学的目的。构建评估制度的基本依据是中外合作办学的特殊性,包括课程体系、教师群体、学生群体、教学方法等。构建中外合作办学评估制度,应坚持分类推进、主体性、针对性以及以"我"为主原则。
In order to improve the quality of Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools (CFCRS) to meet the demands at the new phase, we have to focus on establishing a proper evaluation system. The Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools should integrate the reality with the unique characters of CFCRS so as to set up an appropriate evaluation system, feasibly promote the evaluation quality, and continually improve the quality guarantee system of Chinese-Foreign cooperation, promote the level of cooperative school-running, and as the result, the goals of CFCRS will be achieved. The basic foundation includes the special features in curriculum systems, faculty groups, student groups, and teaching methods, etc. To establish the evaluation system of CFCRS, we have to insist on some principles, such as classifying principle, subject-centered principle, specific-targeted principle, and localization principle.
