摘要
配电网的电力传输使用电缆越来越多,停电试验仍然是目前判断电缆运行状态是否良好的有效手段。其中绝缘电阻测试是电缆试验中的一个检测项目,但试验人员往往只对其作为一个参考值考虑,忽略了绝缘电阻值对于电缆状态评价的重要性,错误地认为只要通过耐压试验和振荡波局放测试合格,就允许电缆投入运行。通过对配电电缆进行绝缘电阻测试,提出了绝缘电阻值在电缆状态评价中的意义,分析了电缆绝缘电阻测试机理,同时结合佛山南海电力电缆检测的成功案例,阐明了绝缘电阻值对电缆运行状态评价的重要作用。
The cables used in transporting electricity of distribution network is getting more and more. At present the power shut-off tests are still the effective method in judging whether the electric cables are working properly. Among them the insulation resistance test is one of the test projects in cable tests, but the test people usually only regard it as a reference value for consideration and ignore the importance of insulation resistance value for judging the cable status. They mistakenly think that as long as the anti-pressure test is passed and oscillation wave PD test is passed as well, the cables are allowed to put into use. Through the insulation resistance test done to the distribution electric cables, the significance of insulation re- sistance value in cable status evaluation is put forward. This article analyzes the working principle of cable insulation resist- ance test, while the importance of insulation resistance value to the electric cables' operational status evaluation is clarified, combined with successful cases in electric cable tests in Nanhai of Foshan City.
