摘要
泡沫混凝土是一种具有轻质、保温、耐火和隔音等特性的新型建筑材料。因其流动性较强,易于施工,短期强度高,在工程上常用于屋面找坡和地面回填。加气混凝土砌块是一种优良的新型建筑材料,同泡沫混凝土有着相似的特性,工程中所使用的加气混凝土砌块常作为填充墙,抗压强度均>2.5MPa。在具体工程中,充分利用砌体工程中产生的废旧加气混凝土砌块作为底部垫层,上部浇筑泡沫混凝土,两者共同作为地面的轻质垫层;并根据相关规范分别留置了泡沫混凝土试块、混合垫层试块。通过检测发现,混合垫层试块的强度比泡沫混凝土试块的强度高约5%。该方法具有可行性、经济性和实用性,完全满足设计要求。
Foamed concrete is a new kind of building materials which has properties such as light weight, heat preserva tion, fireproof and sound insulation. Due to its strong liquidity, easy construction and high short-term strength, foamed concrete is commonly used in roof leveling and ground backfilling on the engineering. Aerated concrete block is a new build- ing material and has the similar characteristics with foamed concrete. It's commonly used as a filler wall in engineering and its compressive strength is larger than 2.5 MPa. Innovative use of foamed concrete and concrete block cushion is illustrated according to specific engineering. It makes full use of waste aerated concrete block which produced in masonry engineering, and foamed concrete is in the above, they both make up ground light cushion. Foamed concrete block and mixed cushion block are left behind according to relevant code. Through the test of their compressive strength, it is illustrated that the strength of the mixed cushion block is about 5% higher than that of foamed concrete, thus verifying the feasibility, economy and practicability of the method. So this method fully meets the design requirement.
