摘要 碳纤维加固的建筑结构遭受车辆、船舶等冲击破坏,对于其损坏程度是否会影响碳纤维布的粘贴效果和质量,需要进行量化分析。采用无损检测技术对碳纤维加固构件进行检测和分析是保证其质量的必要手段,可使用不同程度的吸收能量作用于构件表面形成不同缺陷类型的试验件。介绍了利用红外热波无损检测技术对碳纤维加固构件冲击损伤试件检测的结果,并将不同热激励方式下的检测结果进行比较。结果表明,2种热源激励方法各具优势,进一步验证了红外检测方法的可行性,为土木结构的纤维布加固、维护和修缮提供了相关的方法参考。 When carbon fiber building structures have vehicles, ships and other impact damage, the extent of damage will affect the carbon fiber cloth paste effect and its quality, the nondestructive testing technology of carbon fiber reinforced plastics component testing and analysis is the essential means to ensure the quality, use different degrees of impact energy on the component surface to form different defect types of test piece. Introduces the use of infrared thermal wave nondestruc- tive testing technology to the testing results of the impact of carbon fiber strengthened specimens and the test results of dif ferent thermal excitation modes are compared, the results show that two kinds of heat source excitation method each has its advantages, further verify the feasibility of the infrared detection method, for civil structure of the fiber cloth strengthening, maintenance, repairing methods provide relevant reference.
