A Study on the Living Examination Documents of Ming Dynasty about Fujian

明代福建地方科举文献可分成三类:第一,明代福建科举原始文献,即专门记载明代福建科举的、未经裁剪的文献;第二,明代福建科举名录;第三,福建方志中的明代科举专篇。它们各有特色,可取长补短。全面挖掘、梳理明代福建地方科举文献,不仅有助于开拓明代福建科举研究的新思路、新视角,还有利于深化对明代科举制度的认识;其所蕴含的大量福建地方社会史料,对福建乃至全国社会史研究都有着重要价值。不过,明代福建地方科举文献也存在诸多问题,需要综合诸文献,加以考证,并建立专门的明代福建举人、进士信息库。

The Examination Documents of Ming Dynasty about Fujian can fall into three categories: the original Examination Documents of Ming Dynasty about Fujian; the list of Jinshi and Juren of Fujian,and the Select Cadres in Local Records of Fujian. Each of them has their own features and they together can be more useful. To explore and hackle the Examination Documents of Ming Dynasty thoroughly will help to develop new idea and field about the study of the Imperial Examination in Ming Dynasty,and there are massive precious materials about Fujian society. Through the local materials,we can see how the Imperial Examination System acts. But there are various disadvantages,so we had better do textual research first,then build a database of all Jinshi and Juren in Fujian.
