摘要
随着无线射频技术的不断发展,移动小额支付这种全新、便捷、灵活的消费方式逐渐被认同和接受。针对各行业各自为政建设小额支付平台面临的网络标准和协议不一致、运营模式混乱等问题,提出了独立于各行业,采用J2EE多层体系架构和分布式部署方式,基于OTA短消息的移动小额支付平台框架。平台支持多种通信协议,兼容银行、第三方支付和自助终端等多种支付渠道,适用于公共交通、零售业等行业,可同时满足用户的快捷空中圈存支付和传统现场刷卡消费需求。
With the development of radio frequency technology, mobile micropayment, a brand new, convenient and flexible consumption means, has been gradually recognised and accepted. For the problems of inconsistent network standards and protocols, as well as chaotic operating mode faced by different micropayment platforms incurred from various industries constructing the platforms in their own way, we propose a framework of mobile micropayment platform, which is independent to industries, uses J2EE multi-tier architecture and distributed deployment approach, and is based on over-the-air and short message technologies. The platform supports a couple of communication protocols, and is compatible with multiple payment channels including banks, third-party payment and self-service terminals, etc. It is suitable for public transportation, retail and other industries, and can simultaneously meet the demands of fast air load and the traditional on- site card consuming.
