路由器接口复用技术研究与设计

摘要 为满足不同的网络接口类型和接口速率的要求,如今已存在很多高性能路由器接口,主要有吉比特以太网(GE)、10吉比特以太网、ATM和POS接口,它们分别遵循不同的协议和满足不同的速率要求。这些路由器接口在完成数据转换的过程中存在着很多共性,完全可以设计专用的接口复用路由器,以提高数据传输的效率。对以太网口和POS接口以及他们分别支持的以太网协议和PPP协议进行共性和个性的分析,设计具有一定的可重用性和可扩展性专用处理器,用可编程的方法实现路由器GE接口和POS接口的复用,使路由器接口可以支持不同的协议和速率。在Xilinx Vertex6芯片上对专用处理器进行FPGA验证,实验结果表明,电路最小延迟为1.048 ns,具有较高的执行速率,能满足不同的网络接口需求。 In order to meet the requirements of different types and rates of router interfaces, there are a variety of efficient router interfaces, mainly, Gigabit Ethernet (GE), 10 Gigabit Ethernet, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) and Packet over SDH (POS). All of these interfaces have their own protocol and rate. These router interfaces have many commonalities in the process of completing data conversion, and it is entirely possible to design the specified interface of router for reuse to improve the efficiency of data transmission. We analysed the commonality and individuality of GE and POS interfaces as well as the Ethernet protocol and PPP protocol, designed a dedicated processor with certain reusability and scalability, and implemented the reuse of router GE and POS interfaces with programmable method, made the router interface support different protocols and data rates. We completed the FPGA verification of the special processor on Xilinx Vertex6 chip, experimental results showed that the minimum delay was 1. 048 ns, the circuit hada high execution rate, and could meet the requirements of different network interfaces.
