摘要
【目的】提高石榴皮多酚的提取率。【方法】以新疆石榴皮为原料,在单因素试验、Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计及响应面法分析法的基础上,以石榴皮多酚得率为响应值,利用响应面法研究各因素及其交互作用对石榴皮多酚得率的影响,优化其多酚的最佳提取工艺。【结果】超声波辅助提取新疆石榴皮多酚的最佳条件:乙醇浓度62%、料液比1:30.6(w/V)、超声时间40.1 min。【结论】在超声波提取条件下新疆石榴皮多酚得率的理论值为23.36%,试验值为23.33%,两值相差0.03%,证明了响应面法的合理性和有效性,为新疆石榴皮多酚工业化生产提供理论依据。
[ Objective ] In order to increase the extraction rate of polyphenols of pomegranate peel (PPP). [ Method ] Xinjiang pomegranate rind was used as raw material, on the basis of single - factor test analysis, Box - Behnken central composite design and response surface methodology ( RSM), while taking the extraction rate of PPP as the response value, response surface method was applied to analyze the influence of various factors and their interaction on the extraction rate of PPP to optimize progress to extract polyphenols from pomegranate peel. [ Result] The results showed that the optimum conditions to get polyphenols of pomegranate peel by ultrasonic extraction were : ethanol concentration of 62%, solid - liquid ratio of 1 : 30.6 ( w/V), extraction time d0. 1 min. [ Conclusion ] Under these conditions, the predictive value of the extraction rate of PPP was 23.36% ,meanwhile the verification value was 23.33%. There was only 0.03% difference between predictive and verification value,which proved the rationality and effectiveness of response surface methodology. The experiment provided a theoretical basis for the industrial production of Xinjiang pomegranate peel.
