摘要 【目的】研究三个品种马PPARGC1A基因的多态性,为马分子育种奠定一定基础。【方法】以焉耆马、伊犁马、纯血马共161匹马为对象,用PCR-SSCP、DNA测序等技术研究分析马PPARGC1A基因的多态性。【结果】焉耆马和伊犁马PPARGC1A基因均有多态性,在75682碱基处发生G→A的突变,导致等位基因A变为等位基因B,产生从、BB、AB 3种基因型,基因频率计算结果显示,焉耆马,伊犁马处于Hardy-Weinberg非平衡状态。【结论】PPARGC1A基因在焉耆马与伊犁马中均存在多态性。 [ Objective ] The study aims to explore the polymorphism of three different horse types PPARGC1A gene and lay an essential foundation for molecular breeding of horse in the future. [ Method] In this study, the test materials were collection of 161 individual from 3 types of Yanqi horse, Yili horse and thoroughbred horse. The polymorphism of PPARGC1A gene was analyzed by PCR - SSCP and DNA sequencing methods. [Result]PPARGC1A gene in Yanqi horse and Yili horse had polymorphism, 1 SNPs (G→A) were detected in 75682 bp of equine PPARGC1A gene. Three genotypes (AA, BB and AB ) were detected in PPARGC1A gene by PCR - SSCP, Yanqi horse and Yili horse in the Hardy - Weinberg non - equilibrium state . [ Conclusion ] Yanqi horse and Yili horse had polymorphism. The researches has laid an essential foun- dation for molecular breeding of horse in the future.
