摘要
【目的】以新春6号和新春10号为对照,采用干旱水分胁迫和正常灌溉对照的处理方法研究33份人工合成小麦种质资源材料的抗早性,探讨利用小麦野生祖先资源进行小麦抗旱种质资源创新的可行性。【方法】分别利用抗旱指数法和隶属函数法对35份小麦种质资源的抗旱性进行评价。【结果】两种研究方法评价人工合成小麦种质资源的抗旱性得出的结论不完全相同;筛选出了3份抗旱性较强的人工合成小麦种质资源。【结论】利用小麦野生祖先种创制人工合成普通小麦进行小麦抗旱种质资源创新是可行的;3份人工合成小麦资源2012-XK008、2012-XK071及2011-46的抗旱性较强;对照新春10号抗旱性较强,可作为新疆小麦种质资源抗旱性鉴定的对照品种。
[ Objective ] Adopting the handling method of contrasting the normal irrigation and drought water stress to study the drought - resistance of 33 synthetic hexaploid wheat germplasm resources and discuss the feasibility of using wheat wild ancestors resources to create drought - resistance germplasm resources innovation of wheat by contrasting Xinchun 6 with Xinehun 10. [ Method] Using droughtresistance index and subordi- nate function method to evaluate drought resistance of 35 wheat germplasm resources respectively. [ Result ] The results showed that: the two methods for evaluating drought - resistance of synthetic hexaploid wheat germ- plasm resources were not identical; a third wheat germplasm resources with stronger drought - resistance was chosen. [ Conclusion ] It was feasible to use wheat wild ancestors resources to create drought - resistance germplasm resources; the drought resistance of 2012 - XK008, 2012 - XK071 and 2011 -46 were stronger to the check variety Xinchun 10, which Could be used as check variety to study wheat drought -resistance in Xinjiang.
