开放式创新“导向―能力”关系的多案例研究——基于组织学习的视角

A Multiple Cases Research on the Relationship of Open Innovation Orientation and Capability——Based on Organizational Learning

如何通过开放式创新导向提升企业的创新能力是开放式创新领域研究的重点问题。不同于以往直接对二者进行验证性的研究,本研究是从开放式创新活动的知识属性出发,基于组织学习的视角揭示了开放式创新导向对开放式创新能力的作用机制。分析多个企业案例得出如下结论:企业开放式创新导向、组织学习、网络能力是促进企业开放式创新能力提升的关键要素;三个关键要素在开放式创新能力提升机制中发挥了不同作用。开放式创新导向是企业开放式创新能力提升的根本;组织学习是开放式创新能力提升机制实现的重要途径;网络能力在开放式创新导向与开放式创新能力之间发挥调节作用。

How to enhance the innovation capability of the enterprise is the key problem in the field of open innovation research.This study is different from previous research that directly testing these two validation,but gives the knowledge attribute of open innovation activities from the perspective of organizational learning to reveal the mechanism of open innovation oriented to open innovation ability.Based on the case analysis method to explore the following rules：enterprise＇s open innovation orientation,organizational learning and network capacity are the key elements to promote the open innovation ability of enterprises;these three key elements play a different role in promoting the open innovation capabilities of enterprises,that is,open innovation orientation is the basis of the enterprise open innovation capabilities;organizational learning is an important way to enhance open innovation capabilities;and network capability regulate the relationship between open innovation and open innovation ability.
