摘要 高中学业水平考试改革已步入深水区,在预防学生偏科、赋予学生考试选择权、完善教学评价体系、完善高考录取体系等方面展现出特有的时代价值。但同时高中学业水平考试又隐藏着考试时间跨度长、成绩等级化、与高考本质交叉、实施过程差异多样等潜在风险。应深入把握高中学业水平考试本质,准确定位其功能;深化高中学业水平考试过程改革,加强统一标准建设;深化体制建设,加强宏观管理;建立多元监督问责机制,在全面把握风险的基础上,推动高中学业水平考试改革有效展开。 High school academic proficiency test reform has entered deep water area.It demonstrates specific values of the times in the following aspects:take precautions against unbalanced learning and give students the power of choice and improve teaching evaluation system as well as college admission system.But in the mean time,there are potential risks such as long time span of the test,examination results grading,two tests cross each other basically,and diversity in process.We should grasp the essence of high school academic proficiency test,pinpoint test functions,deepen testing process reform,intensify the development of unified standard,expedite institution building,strengthen macro-management,and establish multiple supervision and accountability mechanism.On the basis of comprehensively identifying risks,we are able to push high school academic proficiency reform forward effectively.
