欧盟职教教师专业发展的制度保障研究被引量：4

摘要随着信息化的发展,欧盟职教教师面临着工作环境复杂化、任务多样化、职业要求多元化等挑战,欧盟及其成员国为职教教师的专业发展提供政策保障、能力标准保障、组织平台保障、项目保障,以此推动欧盟职教教师的专业发展,为我国职教教师专业发展的政策制定等提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
