摘要
目的:探讨门诊护理工作中应用同理心概念的效果及其临床意义。方法:选取我院门诊就诊患者1228例,随机分为对照组与护理组。给予对照组患者常规护理,护理组患者在此基础上加用同理心理念。对两组患者焦虑HAMA评分及满意度等情况进行对比。结果:护理组患者HAMA评分及满意度情况均显著优于对照组患者。结论:将同理心理念应用于门诊护理可以缓解患者的焦虑感并提高患者的满意度,护理效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the application of outpatient nursing effect and the clinical signifi cance of the concept of empathy. Methods: 1228 patients were randomly divided into two groups named control group and nursing group. Routine care was given to the patients in control group, concept of empathy was given to nursing group. HAMA score and satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results: HAMA score and satisfaction of patients in nursing group were signifi cantly better than control group. Conclusion: Using concept of empathy in outpatient nursing can release anxiety and increase satisfaction of patients with signifi cant effects. It is worthy of promotion to clinic.
