推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效观察

The curative effect of massage treatment of Lumbar disc herniation

目的:研究临床上运用推拿手法医治腰椎间盘突出症所产生的效果。方法:在我院临床和门诊随机抽取90例腰椎间盘突出症患者,并且随机分为两组,分别是观察组和对照组各45例,分别进行推拿与针灸疗法,比较其治疗效果。结果:对于腰椎间盘突出症,推拿手法相对于针灸疗法更有效,观察组总有效率达到97.78%,对照组总有效率达到86.67%,观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论:推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出可以解除病变部位的肌肉痉挛,有效缓解疼痛,疗效显著,没有副作用,操作方便简单,患者易于接受。

Objective：observing the curative effect of massage in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Method：our hospital patients randomly selected from ninety cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, ninety cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 45in each, using massage and acupuncture treatment respectively, the two groups was observed.Results：For lumbar disc herniation, massage with respect to acupuncture is more effective,The total efficiency rate of observation group was 97.78%, the total effective rate of control group was 86.67% . Treatment effect of observation group was significantly higher. Conclusion：Massage can relieve muscle spasms of lesion,it can relieve pain effectively, the curative effect is distinct, no side effect, simple and convenient operation,patients are more likely to accept.
