摘要
目的:对中药材山药中二氧化硫残留量情况进行安全性考察。方法:收集共计8份山药样品,采用2010年版《中国药典》第一增补本规定检测中药材中二氧化硫残留量的酸蒸馏碘滴定方法对收集到的山药样品进行检测。结果:二氧化硫含量在100mg/kg以下的山药样品有5份,在400mg/kg以下的3份,均未超过《中国药典》2010年版一部及第一增补本规定的二氧化硫残留限量。结论:该法简单,从检验结果可以看出市场上山药药材的安全性值得可定。
Objective: Investigation on the safety of Sulfur dioxide residue in the Chinese yam. Methods: To collect a total of 8 samples of yam, using the 2010 edition pharmacopeia prescribed detection of sulfur dioxide residues in traditional Chinese medicine first an expanded acid distilling iodine titration methodof yams collected samples for testing.
