中西医结合护理对提高肛肠病手术患者舒适度的效果观察

Effect observation of Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing to improve anorectal disease surgery patient comfort

目的:探讨中西医结合护理在肛肠病手术治疗中的重要性。方法:回顾医院78例肛肠病患者的手术护理资料。分为对照组和治疗组。其中对照组39例,治疗组39例。对比两组护理效果、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:治疗组护理有效率明显高于对照组,在护理满意度上明显高于对照组,并发症发生率上明显低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以中西医结合,提供舒适护理方式应用于肛肠病手术病例,护理效果确切,护理有效率高,满意度高,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective Discussed the important of medical- surgical nursing care in rectal and colon diseases by the integrative medicine.Method Reviewed the data of medical- surgical nursing care in 78 patients with rectal and colon diseases, who were divided into two groups equally. We compared the common group in result, satisfaction and the rate of complications with intervention group. Results The effective rate and satis- faction of intervention group were higher than the common group obviously. The rate of complications of intervention group was lower than the common group. There was statistical？significance between them （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The medical- surgical nursing care by integrative medicine was an effective method, which used in patients with rectal and colon diseases. It was suitable for clinic practice with better effective result, satisfaction and lower complications.
