摘要
巷道交叉位置受采动影响易发生应力集中,造成两帮破碎、底鼓严重、顶板下沉等现象,给行人和运输带来安全威胁,同时多次返修增加了成本。为解决上述问题,以寺河二号井九四盘区运输大巷和94222巷交叉巷道为试验对象,在原有锚杆锚索支护的基础上,利用架棚支护对巷道进行二次支护,同时采用注浆锚杆对巷道两侧煤壁进行加固。对支护效果进行了验证,观测结果显示,两帮收缩量控制在50mm以内,顶板下沉量控制在30mm以内,有效控制了巷道的变形,保障了盘区运输大巷的正常使用。
To solve the problems of broken walls, floor heave and roof subsidence due to the stress concentration by mining influence at the crossing position of main haulage roadway and 94222 roadway in Jiusi panel of No. 2 Shaft of Sihe Colliery,the author proposes the secondary support with shelving,together with reinforcement of coal walls by grouting bolt on the basis of the original support with bolt and cable,which has effectively restrain- ed the roadway deformation by controlling the walls shrinkage in 50 mm and the roof subsidence in 30 mm and guaranteed the normal operating of panel haulage roadway.
