高校国防教育教师是加强大学生国防观念的重要传播者,建设一支专业化的高校国防教育教师队伍是为国防建设培养高素质人才的重要前提之一。分析了目前高校国防教育师资专业化建设的现状和问题,阐述高校国防教育师资结构合理、政治意识坚定的重要性,并提出了相关建议。

The teaching staff of national defense education in colleges and universities are important communicators for strengthening college students＇ awareness of national defense, thus building a professional national defense education teaching staff is the one of prereq- uisites to cultivate high-qualified talents for the national defense construction. This paper analyses the current situation and problems of the specialization construction of teaching staff of national defense education, elaborates the importance of reasonable structure and firm political consciousness, and puts forward related suggestions.
