摘要
为了提高超声波电机的输出转矩,设计了双定子单转子行波型旋转超声电机.在保证定子直径不变的条件下通过两个定子同时驱动一个转子达到增加转矩的目的.利用有限元软件ANSYS10.0建立电机的定、转子接触模型并进行仿真分析.通过仿真分析得到电机空载转速、堵转转矩随预压力的变化曲线和不同预压力下的负载特性曲线.仿真结果表明该种结构的电机可以明显提高输出转矩,具有较好的应用前景.
In order to improve the output torque of traveling-wave rotary ultrasonic motor (TRUSM), we designed TRUSM with double stators and single rotor. Through double stators driving a rotor to achieve the purpose of increasing the torque,stator dimen- sions are able to remain unchanged. The double stators and single rotor finite element model was built and stimulated with AN- SYS10.0. The no-load speed,locked-rotor torque, and load characteristic cure were obtained under different preloads applied on the foundation bed of the aforementioned stator. Simulation results show that this type of structure of motor can significantly improve the output torque,suggesting that this motor enjoys applications to a wide range of fields.
