摘要
采用铁碳微电解作为养猪沼液预处理手段,预处理后的养猪沼液用于小球藻养殖。试验结果表明:铁碳微电解对养猪沼液中COD和总磷的去除效果显著,分别达到了42.41%,93.38%,对主要的重金属Cu和Zn的去除率也分别达到了63.8%,70.3%,但是对总氮、氨氮的含量影响不大。受高氨氮、低磷影响,小球藻生长非常缓慢甚至完全死亡。经过铁碳微电解和小球藻养殖的双重净化作用,沼液的COD和总磷的去除率分别为57.95%,99.24%,但是沼液中的总氮去除率仅仅达到17.87%。因此就微藻养殖的目的而言,铁碳微电解方法还不是最适宜的沼液预处理方法。经此方法预处理后的养猪沼液出现高氨氮、低磷以及残留较多铁离子等不利于微藻的生长的因素。
Using iron-carbon micro-electrolysis(ICME)as piggery biogas slurry pretreatment method,we applied pretreatment of piggery biogas slurry to Chlorella cultivation.The test results showed that:The removal rates of COD and TP were 42.41%and 93.38%,respectively,while the main heavy metals Cu2+and Zn2+had 63.8% and 70.3%removal rates respectively.But ICME treatment showed little impact on total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen content of the piggery biogas slurry,which was the main obstacles of Chlorella growth.After ICME pretreatment and Chlorella cultivation,the final COD,TP and TN contents of the slurry removal ratio were 57.95%,99.24%,and 17.87%,respectively.High ammonia nitrogen,low phosphorus and maybe plus high ferrum ion remaining were the major drawback of ICME pretreatment,in terms of microalgae cultivation.
