摘要 针对四辊冷轧机座辊系系统,考虑轧辊振动位移对轧制力影响,建立基于动态轧制力的非线性七自由度振动模型;用平均法求解该模型获得系统的幅频特性方程,利用奇异性理论获得系统的分岔行为。通过现场数据分析各参数对幅频特性及对系统分岔、混沌特性影响。可为四辊冷轧机的动力学研究、抑制振动提供理论参考。 Considering the influence of roll vibration on the rolling force, a nonlinear seven degrees of freedom vibration model was established for the stand rolls system of a four-roll cold mill.The amplitude-frequency characteristic equation of the nonlinear multiple degrees of freedom model was derived by using the average method,further,the bifurcation behavior of the system was revealed in light of the singularity theory.The influence of various parameters on the amplitude-frequency characteristic,and the bifurcation and chaos characteristics of the system were analysed with practical data.The results provide a theoretical reference for studying the kinematics and inhibiting the occurrence of vibration of four-roll cold tandem mills.
