摘要
以普通搅拌式发酵罐为培养装置,采用单因素试验对生产紫球藻藻体的发酵条件进行优化。利用吸光度值测定紫球藻细胞密度,反映其在不同的搅拌速率、光照强度、氮浓度以及Na Cl含量条件下的生长趋势。从而摸索出发酵罐培养生产紫球藻藻体的最佳条件。结果表明,紫球藻发酵培养的最佳搅拌速率、光照强度、氮浓度以及Na Cl含量分别为200 r/min、5 000 lx、8 mmol/L、20‰。
Using the ordinary stirred-tank fermentor as cultivation apparatus, the fermentation conditions of Porphyfidium cruentum was optimized by single factor experiments. The cell density of P. cruentum was determined by spectrophotometry. The effects of agitation rate, light intensity, nitrogen concentration, NaCl content on growth tendency of P. cruentum were investigated, and the optimum fermentation conditions of P. cruentum were de- termined. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were agitation rate 200 r/min, light intensity 5 000 1x, nitrogen concentration 8 mmol/L, NaCl content 20‰.
