东川国际铁路物流中心规划方案研究

Study on Planning Scheme of Dongchuan International Railway Logistic Center

结合国家"一带一路""西部大开发"发展战略、"兰白经济区""兰州都市圈"发展规划及兰州市各功能区定位,通过深入分析当地物流市场环境、市场需求和发展潜力,探讨东川国际铁路物流中心的潜在商机。依据东川国际铁路物流中心物流量预测,提出东川国际铁路物流中心规划方案,研究东川国际铁路物流中心的主导业态,规划设计其空间结构、功能分区,并且分别从开发运营模式、盈利模式、招商策略、建设时序等方面提出相关建议。

Combining with national development strategies of ＂One Economic Belt, One Silk Road＂ and ＂Development of the West Regions＂, the development plan of ＂Lanzhou-Baiyin economic zone＂ and ＂Lanzhou metropolitan area＂ as well as the positioning of each functional zone in Lanzhou, through analyzing local logistic market environment and development potential, this paper discusses the potential commercial opportunities of Dongchuan international railway logistic center. According to the forecast of logistic volume in the center, the paper puts forward planning scheme of the center, studies the center＇s leading industry situation, makes out and designs the center＇s space structure and function division, and puts forward relative suggestions from the aspects of development ＆ operation modes, profit mode, strategies of inviting investment and construction time sequence respectively.
