摘要
在阐述高附加产品运输需求特征的基础上,通过分析高附加值产品运输方式的竞争性,建立面向高附加产品的铁路集散式运输体系,构建集散式运输动态服务网络,并设计集散式全程运输产品模型,提出铁路集散式运输体系运行关键为大节点间班列组织、两端快速集疏及铁路站点的作业流程优化。最后从班列种类、班列品牌、班列组织3个方面对干线班列进行优化;从串联业务并行处理、取消部分无效益流程、缩短关键流程时间3个方面对作业流程进行优化。
Based on expounding the characteristics of transport demand of high added-value products, through analyzing the competition of transport mode of the products, establishing the railway collecting & distributing transport system focusing on high added-value products, building the dynamic service network of collecting & distributing transportation and designing the product model of collecting & distributing whole-process transportation, this paper puts forward the operation keys of collecting & distributing transport system lies on the block train organization between large nodes, the fast collecting & distributing transportation on both ends and the operation flow optimization of railway stations. In the end, the block trains of trunk line is taken optimization from 3 aspects including category of block trains, brand of block trains and block train organization; and the operation flow is also taken optimization from 3 aspects, such as overlap processing of series business, canceling partial impair flow and shortening the key flow time.
