缺血性脑小血管病160例相关危险因素分析

Ischemic cerebral small vessel disease of 160 cases dangerous factor analysis

目的探讨缺血性脑小血管病相关危险因素。方法基于缺血性卒中分型系统TOAST分型缺血性脑小血管病患者160例为脑卒中组,非脑卒中患者40例为对照组,对两组患者发病的危险因素进行单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果与对照组相比,通过多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示缺血性脑小血管病的主要危险因素是年龄、高血压、高三酰甘油血症(HTG)。结论年龄、高血压、HTG是缺血性脑小血管病的独立危险因素。

Objective To explore the risk factors for ischemic cerebral small vessel disease.Methods The control group（160 cases） was diagnosed ischemic cerebral small vessel disease due to ischemic stroke classification system TOAST typing, the control group（40casese） was not diagnosed ischemic cerebral small vessel disease.the incidence of risk factors for the two groups of patients was analyzed by multiple Logistic regression analysis and single factor analysis.Rseults Compared with control group, Multiple Logistic regression analysis revealed that age, hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia（HTG） was the main risk factorsfor the ischemic cerebral small vessel disease. Conclusion Age, hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia areindependent risk factors for the ischemic cerebral small vessel disease.
