热压式沥青混凝土路面施工关键控制参数的试验模拟 被引量:7

Experimental Simulation on Key Control Parameters for Hot Rolled Asphalt Pavement Construction

摘要 热压式沥青混凝土路面施工工艺特殊,目前国内研究极少。采用室内试验模拟手段,以压实度、构造深度和黏结强度为主要测试分析指标,研究碎石撒布量、碾压温度和压实功这3个施工关键控制参数。首先,通过不同撒布量试验确定碎石撒布量这一参数的施工控制目标值为12kg/m^2;然后在确定的碎石撒布量下进行碾压温度和压实次数两因素三水平的组合试验,通过测试分析压实度、构造深度和黏结强度随碾压温度和压实次数的变化规律,研究确定碾压温度和压实功这两个关键参数的施工控制目标值分别为110~120℃和旋转压实85次。这3个关键控制参数目标值的确定,为热压式沥青混凝土路面施工质量控制提供了依据和参考。 Up to date there is not much studies to the special construction techniques for hot rolled asphalt (HRA) pavement in China. In this paper three key control parameters for HRA pavement construction including crushed stone spreading amount, rolling temperature and compaction energy are studied by testing compaction degree, texture depth and bond strength in laboratory. At first, the target value of crushed stone spreading amount for construction control is taken as 12kg/m^2 by the experiments of the different spreading amounts. Then under the optimum spreading amount of crushed stone, the trends of compaction degree, texture depth and bond strength with variances of rolling temperature and compaction energy are measured and analysed by double factor tests. Finally, the target value of rolling temperature is decided to 110~120℃ and gyratory compaction times is 85 for construction control. The target values of the three key control parameters can provide important basis and reference for HRA pavement construction.
