Development and Application of Fibre Grating Inclinometer for Monitoring the Rock and Soil Slope Deformation

摘要 针对目前测斜仪存在的不足,利用光纤光栅传感技术的优势,研究开发了一种监测岩土体内部变形的光纤光栅测斜仪,并成功应用于某公路膨胀土边坡的坡体位移变形监测。工程现场边坡监测结果表明:该光纤光栅测斜仪监测的结果与常规测斜仪监测的结果比较吻合,验证了该光纤光栅测斜工作的可靠性;边坡位移变化最大发生在第二级边坡,变形量为61mm,第一级边坡变形较小,变形量为13mm,可见在边坡脚位置设置坡脚挡土墙可以显著提高边坡的稳定性。该测斜仪可和其他量测边坡参数的光纤光栅传感器组网成为一个监测系统,可实现对高边坡岩土体内部变形情况进行长期在线监测和安全预警预报。 Regarding the deficiency of present inclinometer and using the advantages of FBG sensing technology, a fiber grating inclinometer which can monitor the internal deformation of rock and soil is developed, and it has been successfully applied to monitor expansive soil slope displacement deformation for a highway. The site engineering monitoring results show that. the fiber Bragg grating inclinometer monitoring results accord well with the conventional inclinometer monitoring results, manifesting that the work of the fiber grating inclinometer is in reliability; the largest displacement of slope deformation is 61 mm, occurred in the second level slope; the displacement of the first level slope deformation is minimum, the deformation of which is 13 mm, which shows that the stability of the slope can be significantly improved when a toe retaining wall is set in the foot slope position. The inclinometer and other fiber grating sensors can form a monitoring system which can achieve long-term online monitoring and safety early warning to the high side slope.
