摘要 自升式钻井平台的围井建造精度要求高,它是整个平台垂向移动及准确定位的关键。在围井的建造过程中,无论是以横舱壁为基面还是以纵舱壁为基面的分段施工,精度管理和控制标准是整个围井建造过程的技术核心。结合JU2000E自升式钻井平台围井的建造经验,从船体建造角度,通过对围井建造过程精度管理的论述,提出具体精度控制方法和建议,使围井完工精度达到预期的标准和要求。 Jack-up drilling platform trunk requires high construction accuracy, because it is vital to the vertical movement and accurate positioning of the whole platform. During the trunk construction, both accuracy and standard controls are the technical cores in the construction process, no matter the block is fabricated with transverse or longitudinal bulkhead as a base plane. With the construction experience of JU2000E jack-up drilling platform trunk, and through the discussion on trunk construction process accuracy control, this paper proposes some accuracy control methods and suggestions from the hull construction aspect, in order to enable the trunk construction to achieve the expected standard and required accuracy.
