关于优化人才培养方案的几点思考——以福建警察学院为例

Reflection on the Optimization of Personnel Cultivation Program——Taking Fujian Police College as an Example

人才培养方案是实现人才培养目标和质量规格要求的顶层设计,在保障人才培养质量上起着至关重要的作用。要制定适合本校情况并突出特色的人才培养方案,需要结合自身实际,按照学生培养目标和知识、能力、素质要求,对人才培养方案进行整体设计,重新规划"课程平台+模块群"课程结构体系,通过优化公共基础课程、加大独立设置实验课程建设、增加选修课门类和修习学分等方式重构课程内容和知识体系,实现对学生的全面培养。

The personnel cultivation program is a top-level design to achieve the cultivation objectives and to meet the quality requirements, which plays a vital role in ensuring the qualities of personnel cultivation. In order to set up a suitable personnel cultivation program that can highlight our characteristics, it＇s advisable to have an overall design in accordance with the realities, cultivating objectives upon the students and the requirements for their knowledge, qualities and competencies. We should reprogram the curriculum system of ＂curriculum platform plus modules＂, and help students have an all-round development by optimizing public and laboratory courses, impro-ving the establishment of experiment courses, diversifying optional courses and providing the choice of credits.
