In this paper, production of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is in- troduced,the reason of the problem that is easy to happen in the production of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber was analyzed.The most important thing that affects the plant to run continually and stably is that flocculation system must be reasonable to design. The control of production internal quality should be to stabilize the emulsifying agent and add regulator in multipoint.Test process and appearance quality control are important too, that frequently are main reasons of difference view to quality index between producer and consumer, they must be devoted much attention.
