摘要
将制备好的Na Y分子筛同NH4Cl进行铵交换、过滤、干燥并焙烧制得HY分子筛,然后再将HY分子筛同CeNO3进行稀土交换、过滤、干燥并焙烧最终制得CeHY分子筛。对CeHY分子筛进行傅里叶红外(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)表征。FTIR及XRD谱表明稀土Ce的掺杂没有改变分子筛的基本结构,但其结晶度有所降低。
Preparated NaY molecular sieve and NH4C1 in the ion-exchange, filtration, drying and roasting made HY molecular sieve, and then HY molecular sieve and CeNO3 in the ion- exchange,filtration,drying and roasting made CeHY molecular sieve finally.The CeHY molec- ular sieve characterized by fourier infrared (FTIR),X-ray diffraction (XRD).FTIR and XRD spectrum showed that rare earth Ce doped has not changed the basic structure of molecular sieve,but its crystallinity was reduced.
