摘要
2011年广西确定了漓江流域、桂中红水河流域、桂东南西江流域、北部湾沿海地区作为农村环境连片整治示范区。2012年和2013年上述4个连片整治示范区共建设农村污水处理设施487和566套,累计建设规模36 995和33 740m3/d,单池建设规模多小于150 m3/d规模;采用工艺以厌氧-缺氧-好氧生物接触氧化(含一体化)-人工湿地工艺为主,且该工艺单位建设投资相对较省;已验收设施出水水质达到建设要求,取得了较好的治理效果。但同时也暴露顶层设计不够、没有制定设施运行管理细则等问题,对此提出了针对性对策。
In 2011,demonstration for rural sewage treatment and environment management was undertook in4 continuous zones in Guangxi,known as Lijiang River Valley,Red River Basin,Xijiang River Basin and Beibu Gulf Coastal Area. 487 and 566 sewage treatment facilities with the disposal capabilities of 36 995 m3/ d and33 740 m3/ d,respectively were built in 2012 and 2013. Thereinto,the rural sewage treatment capability for a single facility is normally less than 150 m3/ d. The main process technology is anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic biologic contact oxidation( including the integrated process)-constructed wetland,the unit investment of which is generally low. The effluent reaches the standard of water quality and achieves good treatment effect. However,there are still many shortcomings. For example,the top-level design is not enough and the operation and management of the implementation are not in place. Therefore,targeted strategies are put forward.
