经颅直流电刺激应用于卒中后上肢运动功能恢复的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation,t DCS)通过采用弱电流直流电的形式调节皮质兴奋性,依据直流电的极性、神经放电频率的增加或减少促使直流电诱导的静息膜电位的改变,即阳极t DCS(anode DCS,at DCS)增加运动皮质的兴奋性,阴极t DCS(cathode DCS,ct DCS)降低运动皮质的兴奋性。
